Good to know
Is the delivery discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no logos and nothing on the outside about the contents. It goes to the address you enter at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days anywhere in Canada. You will see the delivery options and the exact cost at checkout before you pay, and we email a tracking link where one is available.
What does shipping cost?
Orders over $175 ship free. Below that it is a flat $22.95, however many items are in the box.
Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of adult wellness products once they are opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo or video, and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to send it back.
How do I clean and store it?
Wash with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, dry it completely and store it away from other toys. Our cleaning guide has the details by material.
