Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy before you buy.

Duskr merch (clothing, bags, accessories and home items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size, so please check the size details before you buy.

Adult wellness products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of adult wellness products once they have been opened or used.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue, and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to send the item back.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before it has been prepared for shipping.

If we ask you to verify your billing details and cannot confirm them within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
