Privacy is the first question most people ask before ordering. Here is exactly how an After Dark order works.
The box
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. There are no logos on the outside and nothing that describes what is inside. It looks like any other parcel.
Checkout and billing
Checkout runs on Shopify's secure payment system, and the charge is billed discreetly.
Shipping costs in Canada
- Free over $175. Orders over $175 ship free, anywhere in Canada.
- $22.95 flat below that. The same rate applies in every province and territory.
Combine items in one order to reach free shipping. Lube, rings and accessories make easy add-ons from our lube and care and rings pages.
Delivered across Canada
We deliver to every province and territory, and the shipping rates above apply everywhere in Canada.
Making it easy to receive
Ship to an address where you can collect the parcel yourself, so nobody else handles it.
Email privacy
Sale and restock emails go only to people who sign up for them, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
If something arrives damaged
Send us a photo or video and your order number. We replace the item or refund you, and you do not need to return it.

This guide is general information, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or pain that does not settle, speak to a doctor. Every After Dark order ships in a plain, unmarked box, free over $175 across Canada.
